Kollbulle over an open fire
We light a fire down at Kolarbacken where we bake kolbullar (potato dumplings) together over an open fire.
Kolbullar were often eaten out in the forest during charcoal burning. Kolbullar consist of fried pork, wheat flour, and water. They are served with lingonberry jam and cold drinks.
We also brew coffee over the fire to go with the kolbullar.
Allow about 1.5 hours.

Nature walk
We will take a walk in the forest and look at different plants that grow here in nature. You will get to practice identifying different species using an app and a flora guide.
The walk ends at the charcoal kiln, where we will light a fire and make coffee.
Allow about 1.5 hours (only when there is no snow).
